Please note that your use of our site constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these terms and conditions. Concept Hockey International reserves the right to update or modify the Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your use of the Concept Hockey International site following any such change constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review the terms and conditions of the agreement whenever you use this site.
Payment is due immediately following your online registration.
If you are paying by interac e-transfer the full tuition amount is due immediately.
If you wish to pay by cheque, 50% of the tuition is due immediately and enclose a post-dated cheque for the balance dated June 1, 2020.

Upon receipt of payment, confirmation will be emailed to you.
For cancellations before June 1, 2019 there will be a $50.00 fee for each session cancelled. No refunds will be made after June 1, 2020 except in the event of an accident or injury prior to or during the course. In this case, one half of the tuition fee will be refunded upon written and verbal verification by a physician. The other half may be used as a credit towards future CH programmes or the whole amount may be used as a credit. Both of these are to occur within one year. No money will be refunded if this credit is not used or the person fails to show up. No refund cheques will be issued after Sept 1, 2020.
CH reserves the right to:
In consideration of the Participant and his/her parent being permitted to register the Participant, and participate in Concept Hockey International (CHI) Hockey Camps, do hereby forever release and discharge CHI it's directors, agents, employees and any person or corporation connected herewith from all manner of action, injury, damages, costs, claims or demands which shall or may hereafter have, suffer or receive by reason of such participant in program on the campus. The release shall be binding on our heirs, assigns, executors and administrators. It is further agreed that CHI Hockey Camps do not and shall not be considered to guarantee or warrant such equipment as may be used in the conducting of said camp. CHI reserves the right to use any pictures or videos taken during the camp for instructional, advertising and/or promotional purposes.
All students must have their own insurance plan.
